Your Ref: Ombudsman Complaint - 21 009 691 My ref: 29153 - Sarah's Stitch-Up - Review John, According to the leaflet, "Your complaint, our decision" a review request will be accepted if, "you can show, using readily available information, that our decision was based on important evidence that was incorrect". At this stage, I am merely asking the Ombudsman to persuade a Council to respond; the date of failure can be put at 13th December 2020, the date of submission of a detailed document of complaint submitted to the Council and within twelve months of my request of the Ombudsman to intervene - that is, well 'within time'. Surely it's reasonable for the Ombudsman to be asked to persuade a Council to respond to an enquiry? Regarding the position of the Police, it is of course the case that the Police themselves performed the arrest - but I am keen to unveil the processes, probably incorporating considerable bias and ineptitude, that resulted in the Council involving the Police, at all; that is, I wish to expose any corrupt practices, that should also concern an Ombudsman.
